The Implementation Manager will log into your current accounts and migrate your lists, automations and templates.

Due to the complexity of this and other systems, this process can take 3 to 14 days.

STEP 1

Setting up for success

In order to migrate, we ask you to first familiarlize yourself with our system so you can mimick your environment inside our platform.

STEP 2

Integrations and Systems (Install Beacon)

After your account is setup, the first step starts with integrating your current integrations with Sendlane to ensure you can start putting new customers and leads into the system right away!

STEP 3

Duplicating Automations and Workflows

Before importing, your goal should be create a similar enviroment for your new buyers and leads to have automated workflows up, tested, and live.

Our objective is to ramp as fast as possible, however, our goal is to have a successful ramp up, which means we'll slow it down when neccessary!

STEP 4

Data Migration

Download and name all your files accordingly from your current provider.

Best Practice: When migrating your contacts, please create segments of your recent engagers. This means you will need to determine contacts that have engaged in the last 3, 7, 14, 30, 45, 60, 90, 120 and beyond. Migrating your data this way will allow for a smooth, successful ramp up for step 5.

NOTE: You will need to reach out to support or your CSM for approval of imports. The more you communicate, the easier this process will be. You can chat with them via live chat on support or through email.

STEP 5

Ramp Up Period

Your goal is to ramp up your domain and reputation carefully. That means you cannot simply import and blast your contacts.

Best Practice: Start with your engaged customers by segmenting your audeince by recent engagment. Start with 3 day active's and increase your segment from there.

Once the ramp up is complete, you should meet your dedicated Customer Success Manager, who is available during normal business hours  who will assist you in continuning your business on Sendlane.
