Best Practice: When migrating your contacts, please create segments of your recent engagers. This means you will need to determine contacts that have engaged in the last 3, 7, 14, 30, 45, 60, 90, 120 and beyond. Migrating your data this way will allow for a smooth, successful ramp up for step 5.
NOTE: You will need to reach out to support or your CSM for approval of imports. The more you communicate, the easier this process will be. You can chat with them via live chat on support or through email.
