Reviews Content Policy

To preserve the authenticity and transparency of our platform, we follow the Consumer Review Fairness Act (CRFA). Specifically, should you share your reviews with Google, your reviews must follow Google's Product Ratings policies.

Content Guidelines

Your Content must:

• Must be factual in presenting information
  
• Be genuine when expressing opinions
  
• Be written from an informed standpoint by the individual with the personal interaction with the reviewed product or company. Posting reviews on behalf of the individual with the personal interaction is prohibited.
  
• Adhere to the relevant laws in any country where the review is published
  

Your Content must not:

• Contain profane, hateful, offensive, defamatory, or discriminatory language
  
• Contain sexually explicit, obscene, or inappropriate material
  
• Involve misleading or deceitful statements, omissions, or misrepresentations of your identity or association with any individual or entity
  
• Falsely represent that you are a customer
  
• Infringe any copyright or trademark of any other individual or entity
  
• Contain any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, spam, off-topic or other forms of solicitation or advertisement, commercial or otherwise
  

Content Moderation

We utilize both manual and technological measures to detect and prevent fraudulent or abusive use of Our Service, including:

• Email and IP block
  
• Automatic detection of Content that infringes the Content Guidelines
  
• Limit review collection to shoppers with verified purchases
  
• Prohibit review editing to maintain the integrity of the review
