You snag a positive review, of course. Here’s the problem: over half of consumers leave four or less reviews every year, and 26% have never left a review at all! 

The fastest way to build trust in a product and convince potential customers is to ask your happy customers for a review. Sendlane Reviews makes it easy to do just that—You can build out your review requests within your post-purchase automations by using the review block within your customized emails.

Once it’s triggered, Sendlane will use the review block to pull dynamic content and show the specific product purchased. Then, shoppers can click through to your site to leave a positive (or negative) review about your product and overall shopping experience.

If you receive a good review, you can use the display widget to place it on your product page and encourage other customers to buy. But collecting negative reviews is also worthwhile, as it gives you a chance to send the customer an apology, mend the relationship, and provide transparency of your brand.

The more reviews a product has, the easier it is to win a customer over.

We’ve also made sure Sendlane Reviews displays customer product ratings and reviews across Google Search results and Google Shopping. When shoppers search for an item, any ratings and reviews attached to the site will display with it:
